11:15-12:30	Steering Committee Meeting (IT4IT Officers only)	Face-to-face IT4IT Forum Steering Committee leadership team for Invited attendees only: Only elected Forum Chair, Forum Vice-Chair, plus Chairs of IT4IT work groups attend this meeting. All others, please attend the Plenary.

14:00-15:30	Supporting Activities: IT Governance, Risk, Compliance	Rob Akershoek, Chair of the Supporting Activities work group, will lead an interactive working session focused on Governance, Risk and Compliance to add greater specificity and support to the IT4IT standard in this area.

16:00-17:00	IT4IT Interoperability	Work group Chair Karel van Zeeland will provide an overview of the purpose of this work group and then vet some assumptions with members, possibly in the form of “homework” to report back on in tomorrow’s deeper dive working session.

9:00 – 10:30	Business Value of IT4IT	Work Group Chair David Morlitz hosts this session to further develop value points and positioning of IT4IT for mid-level IT mgmt. up to CxO’s. Discuss the latest content on: IT operating model, and IT4IT for IT Transformation, Cloud, and DevOps.

11:00-12:30	Strategy to Portfolio	Join Chair Jeannine McConnell at the kick-off for this new work group to work on what’s needed in the IT4IT open standard to better support the convergence of Business strategy and IT strategy in a digital enterprise.

13:30-14:30	IT4IT Product Life Cycle Management	Work group chair Dan Warfield will introduce the key aspects of managing the IT4IT product life cycle including content, delivery, coordination of associated resources and tools needed by the consuming community, etc.
14:00-15:00 (concurrent)	IT4IT, TOGAF and ArchiMate™ Harmonization	Join this working session to align the IT4IT, ArchiMate, and TOGAF standards around terminology and to provide guidance through epics that show who benefits and how when the standards are used together. Led by Rob Akershoek (IT4IT) & Iver Band (ArchiMate).
14:30-16:00	Vertical Service Model	Lars Rossen, Chair of the Vertical Service Model work group will lead an interactive working session on how to advance the IT4IT Reference Architecture with layers that better address a muti-supplier IT function.

16:30-17:30	Interoperability & Tool Certification (part 2 of 2)	Work group Chair Karel van Zeeland will lead a discussion on how to drive improved interoperability between IT functions and the suppliers and tool vendors who support them, and also, when/how to develop an IT4IT Tool Certification program.
