Dear Open Group Members,

I hereby announce the Company Review of the following Open Group Standard,

   ArchiMateŽ Model Exchange File Format for the ArchiMate Modeling Language, Version 3.0

with the ArchiMate forum as the sponsor of the review.

The review will commence on March 10, 2017 and end on April 7, 2017.

This document is the specification of a standard file format that can be used to exchange ArchiMate 3.0 models between tools that create or interpret ArchiMate models.
The development path for this document has included a snapshot release. Details
of the snapshot are available at http://www.opengroup.org/xsd/archimate/3.0/

The review materials and information on how to participate in the review will be available on March 3 2017 at:
http://www.opengroup.org/standards/companyreviews

The proposed timeline for the review is as follows:

Announce review  Feb 24 2017
Review commences March 10 2017
Review ends April 7 2017
Issue resolution April 10-14 2017
Ballot Proposed resolutions April 17-24 2017
Sanity draft review May 3-17 2017
Approval by Governing Board end May

For the benefit of those unfamiliar with The Open Group Standards Process Company Review, it is a formal process by which a document is approved for publication by The Open Group. You are invited to review and submit proposed changes ("Change Requests - CR") that would make the document acceptable to you. A formal ballot then decides which changes are accepted.
